Santo Domingo Ocotitlán, Morelos
Denise and Paloma Romero, in partnership with the Community Assistant of Santo Domingo Ocotitlán in 2019, launched a reforestation project to address the issues of illegal logging, agricultural burning, and land usurpation in the area.
This project materializes in high-temperature ceramic pieces, with a distinctive green-brown color and adorned with Ocoxal weaving on the top, a natural fiber extracted from leaves or needles of certain pine varieties.
For care, it is recommended to clean with a damp cloth.
Occasionally, it can be sprayed to release a pleasant pine aroma.
Artisan technique: Pottery and ceramics.
Measurement: 12 cm x 12 cm.
Material: Ocoxal.
